Viewings and Reservations
Having identified a property that you would like to view please contact us either by e-mail or phone. On completion of our application form together with payment of the application fee the property will be reserved and the agreement should be signed within seven to ten working days of us having recieved your initial application.
After this period, if the contract has not been signed by the Tenant(s), the Landlord reserves the right to offer the property to other prospective tenants. In this situation and that of adverse referencing the application fee would be non-refundable. We are not be able to cancel the performance of these services as they have begun with the referencing of you as the prospective tenant(s). This is done with your clear written agreement first.
We charge an application fee of £75.00 inc VAT per applicant.
This fee is on a non-returnable basis, even if a tenancy is refused on the grounds of references or if the tenant withdraws from taking the property.
Each additional tenant (Or Guarantor – if required) commands an additional £75.00 inc VAT per applicant (e.g. Two tenants would be application fee of £150.00 inc VAT).
A fee of £60.00 including VAT is charged and split between the tenant(s) and the landlord(s) (ie Tenant pays £30.00 inc Vat & Landlord(s) pays £30.00 inc VAT) for the renewal of all tenancies.
All Applications are Subject to Status & Contract

The amount of Deposit required for any property is indicated within the description of the property on our listing(s). The Deposit is held by DPS in a custodial scheme on all new tenancies created. No interest will be paid to the tenant on this deposit. The Deposit is returnable in full at the end of the term subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property (Subject to Contract).
