Howard McCormack (FNAEA MARLA)
Howard has over 30 years experience in the property business having commenced his career in Retford in 1985. He has done both Residential Sales and Lettings during this time, but just before the start of the financial crisis in 2008 he changed the direction of the company to concentrate solely on Residential Lettings. Howard has successfully let homes, both great and small during his over 30 year experience and brings with this a wealth of knowledge and experience. He is a Fellow Member of NAEA and an Associate Member of ARLA.

Angela has been with us nearly 18 months and is fluent in English and Polish, to meet the needs of our customers and their tenants.
Helen has over 20 years Residential lettings Experience and as the Finance Director, is responsible for the day to day running of the Landlord(s) and tenant finances and payments. Helen comes from a banking background and has been trained in these processes and procedures to ensure your money is carefully looked after.
Elaine has been with the agency for nearly 30 years and brings again, with that time spent, a wealth of knowledge and experience. Elaine prides herself in ensuring that the right information is provided on time to the correct people – with a smile.

The Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) is a professional membership and regulatory body for letting agents and letting agencies in the UK. ARLA recognised the requirements of the residential lettings market were so detailed and specific that a separate organisation was required to promote standards in this important sector of the property industry.
The Code promises access for complainants to a free dispute resolution via the Ombudsman for Estate Agents scheme. SURVEYS to test consumer satisfaction and code compliance levels. A disciplinary council to deal with members who do not deliver the standards required by the code. Best practice in giving property valuations.
An independent and free Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service will aim to resolve any disputes quickly and without the need for court action. Landlords, agents and tenants could also earn interest on any proportion of the deposit they are entitled to retain at the end of a tenancy.
